Return Policy

Please notify us of any issues with your order, within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise by email to: info@purepotts.com. No claims will be accepted after this period. 

Return freight must be paid by customer and is subject to restocking fees. Pure Potts reserves the rights to refuse any claim that is questionable against our policy and procedures.

 

Damaged Product

If your item(s) arrived damaged, please leave damaged items in the original box and include pictures of the packaging and all damaged product(s) in your email; we cannot process your return without these.

Email us at  info@purepotts.com within 48 hours of receiving your order (all orders shipped are tracked), to let us know your items arrived damaged. Pictures, order number and tracking information must be included. Please do NOT send your product(s) back until you receive our confirmation in response to your email.

You will then receive confirmation from us. Keep receipts for your records and send back the merchandise (include the tracking information, required for us to process your transaction); please send products in their original packaging. Ship with an insured courier: UPS, Fed Ex or USPS.
